Fantastic Downtown Stay!
helpful staff free laundry varied breakfast
The staff was genuinely helpful, answering all questions I had about the area, a true pleasure! The free laundry machines really helped me pack light, quite convenient. Breakfast was delicious and had varied options each morning.
The gym equipment could use some updating.

The hotel includes complimentary laundry machines. This allowed for convenient washing . The fitness center includes several cardio machines and free weights, though I didn't have time to use them. There is also a business center available.

Breakfast includes bagels, toast, eggs and coffee, a satisfactory start to the day! The hotel also offers a mini-market. I did not purchase anything there though I did notice some basic travel essentials.

The hotel is situated near multiple subway stations. It is close to many points of interest. The 9/11 Memorial is in walking distance, a sombre and moving experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. They were always ready to answer questions and provide directions. The housekeeping staff was very efficient too!

unclean tables limited choices
The room was a nice size. Appliances worked well. The location was pretty great.
The breakfast options were disappointing. They mostly had carbs and packaged cakes, I thought. Coffee came in paper cups, and there were no other beverage options besides coffee, milk, or tea. Fruits and vegetables were missing, too. Plus, the tables in the breakfast area were not clean, a real disappointment!

accessible location satisfying breakfast
The location was very accessible. It was a short walk to the subway and various restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was indeed satisfying. It was a perfect beginning to my day.
The gym lacked a dual pulley. It provided only some dumbbells!
